Mark is the supervisor of LAN operations in the CLIC at the Information Commons. The IC supports 650+ workstations for library clientèle and 100 workstations for library staff in the Central Library, the Information Commons, and the Federated College Libraries at Trinity, St Mikes, and Vic. Mark is the senior systems architect and directly responsible for operations in the locations outside of Robarts.
Mark has expertise in Windows, NetWare, Active Directory, eDirectory, Perl, Pharos Uniprint, AppSense, Windows Installer repackaging, and ZENworks. He also has experience with numerous other supporting technologies such as Linux, MySQL, MSSQL, Visual C, PHP, LDAP, OpenSSL.
